Carefully package and send originals via insured carrier of your choice, along with clear instructions as to type and quantity of scans, size and quantity of prints and any special instructions. On all orders, we will confirm your order and pricing via phone or email before we proceed with your work. Be sure to include your phone number or email address so we can reach you.

Return Shipping:

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless you specify a different carrier. We will gladly ship by the method of your choice.

Some of our customers initially express concern about sending their valuable slides or photographs through the mail. While we understand the concern, there are many extremely safe and reliable shipping choices available. We have never had a shipment to or from Image Renaissance get lost or damaged when properly packaged and mailed via trackable shipper. USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance is very reliable, and for even extra safety and tracking we recommend FedEx. We serve customers all across the United States and Canada, and more than 80% of our business comes to us through the mail.
